Proposed Student Affairs Programmes For 2018/2019 Session.

COORDINATION MEETING 

  • Student Affairs Services Support Group to meet on 14th August, 2018 to discuss the GAR
  • 15th August, 2018 to appraise the other programs for 2018/2019

PREPARATION OF CALENDAR Student Affairs to prepare calendar for:

  • Faculty, Departmental and SUG Elections
  • Faculty, Departmental and SUG Weeks
  • Faculty, Departmental Inductions and
  • Other related Academic and social functions
  • Proposed Date: 1st-7th September.

HOSTELS OUTSIDE THE UNIVERSITY

  • Cordination meeting of Dean of Student Affairs, University Management and Landlords/Caretakers of 205 hostels outside the university.
  • Proposed date 10th -20th September 2018.

UNIZIK LEADERS SUMMIT

  • About 1,000 participants are expected to attend the leaders summit which includes course-representatives,  departmental presidents, faculty excos, defined associations expos, SUG excos,  SRC members, SJC members.
  • Proposed date 30th -31st October 2018.

INAUGURATION

  • The inauguration of the newly elected SUG officials within the leaders summit.
  • Proposed Date 31st October 2018.

ORIENTATION

Orientation of freshmen of about 8000 participants.

  • Parents/Students/Management-Forum.
  • Proposed Date 12th-18th November 2018.

INNOVATION/CREATIVITY

  • Unizik Innovation/Creativity 2018
  • Proposed date 11th -13th December 2018
